What's happening in 2012

* In 2012 we have introduced Catch-n-Release fishing thoughout the entire facility with the use of barbless hooks distributed by Shelton Products; fish for Rainbow Trout, Channel Catfish, Largemouth Bass, Blue Gill, & Red Eared Sunfish.  In additon, we still offer the first 2lbs of fish; either Trout or Catfish with each paid admission.

* Plans continue as we will open an additional five (5) acre pond stocked with Stripers and Sturgeon; scheduled to open in the summer June/July.

* By the summer we will have a total of seven fishing ponds which will be spread over 15 acres; giving everyone an opportunity to try their luck fishing for a variety of different species of fish.

Group Rates are available for parties of ten (10) or more people. Thinking about making plans for an annual fishing event, Big M makes a great venue for hosting a fishing derby or special event. We are able to accommodate up to 150 people fishing at one time; and have plenty of parking.  Advance registration is required. BSA / GSA Troops & merit badges: Troop leaders should contact us directly as we can arrange for Boy Scouts the opportunity to earn merits towards becoming an Eagle Scout. Members of our staff are Youth Protection trained and are registered Merit Badge Counselors for:
